Multiple Teams · Falcons Advance in Track and Golf

It may seem to some that since it is April, it is almost the end of the school year, and with that brings time to relax and coast downhill the rest of the way.

But not for our Falcon track and golfers!  They are continuing to work out and push hard to make it to the next level of competition.  District play is over and regionals lie ahead.

We have several Falcon girls and boys that won at the 22-6A District track meet.  They will compete in the Region III Area Track Meet on Wednesday and Thursday (April 14 & 15).

Congratulations to our Falcon golf team member, Chaucer Baron.  Chaucer placed 6th (individual medalist) at the 21-6A Golf Tournament.  He will compete in the Regional Golf Tournament on April 21 and 22 at Gleannloch Pines Golf Course.  Last year was his first year to play golf at the high school level, so he has made great strides as a golfer.  Our Head Boys Golf Coach is Cole Sanders.

Good luck to all of these athletes as they represent CHS at the next level.
